Its been a while since i have started anything like this. Everyone should download and run Passmark Performance Test 7.0!! CAUTION if you run dual monitors turn one off during test as it will adversely affect the 2d rendering test.

My overall score was killed by my poor disk performance. I need a SSD.



Derek, looks like a lot of my of my scores are higher than yours except for the cpu, disk and cd test. What hard drives are you running anyway?? My hard drive scores suck ass.

Just ran it again and my disk and cd scores went up, but everything else went down a little.

ok so .. well here it is..

















now i need to unlock the extra shaders and overclock the video card.

that card is pretty sweet looking! scored almost 1,000 points higher on the 3D graphics then my 4870...very nice.

I have a Q6600 on the way...so, when i receive that I'll rerun and post up the new score. I will also be making a new thread comparing temps for a stock surface processor, lapped heatsink and then lapped heatsink and processor.
